Animal Affair has contributed to the success of our Live Nativity for the past several years.  Both adults
and children love to see and pet these gentle animals.  We highly recommend Animal Affair for any of

As a testimonial of your "Animal Affair" group activities,  you were always great with the clients here at
Attleboro Enterprises, Inc.   They would look forward to every visit.  It was such a wonderful experience
for them all.  The animals were so well behaved.  Thank you for bringing such an educational and fun
activity to our gang.

Animal Affair has been an integral part of the Anderson Tree Lighting event in Hyde Park for the past 5
years.  The professional manner in which Animal Affair approaches each event and the genuine love
and care that is given to their animals is the reason we continue to include them in our neighbor event!

Dear Robin,
Thank you for helping us with our outdoor carnival and tent sale. It was a great success. You did an
excellent job in accommodating our theme. This was Windfall’s first time attempting this kind of event,
and our customers are still raving about it. The children and adults had a wonderful time playing with all
your animals.

When we plan our next carnival, you will definitely be the first person we call!
Thanks Again,

Windfall Market
About three weeks ago, I visited my local market, Windfall, in Falmouth .  The market was having a kind
of promotional event, with face painting, food, games, and so on.  I visited the petting zoo, and found
myself captivated by the exotic animals available for petting and/or ogling.  There were all kinds of goats,
ducks, exotic rabbits called lion head rabbits, very exotic chickens, a baby llama and a darling pony.

But the most interesting part of this zoo, run by an organization that calls itself
"Animal Affair", from
Rehoboth, Mass, The woman in charge was a young person, she was completely in charge of each and
every one of those creatures, and at certain moments, could be seen speaking or whispering to them.  I
couldn't believe it.
Who doesn't love the Zaboomafoo guys, there is so much information about the horse whisperer; there
is the fellow in California who has a special way with abused and wild dogs.  But except for Jane
Gooddall, the late Dian Fossey (as well as my own Smith classmate, Joyce Poole, who works with
elephants in Kenya ),  I have never seen a woman with such a talent for communicating with animals this
way this lady did.  We talked for a while, and she told me that
"Animal Affair" is her business, which
she runs with her small son, but she had grown up with animals and somehow learned ways of reaching
them that could not be really described she said.  Her name is Robin Mercaldo.  You have so many
marvelous programs for children of all ages.  I thought you would be interested to know about a
woman-and one in the area--who has an engaging way with animals.  I am certainly no talent "scout",
and I had not met Ms. Mercaldo before I saw her on that Saturday in Falmouth .  But I do enjoy animal
programs of all types, and I thought Channel 2 ought to know about this fascinating person in our area.

Thank you for your time.

Hi Robin,
I want to Thank You for introducing us to the egg incubation project.  It was a wonderful introduction to
the cycle of life for a preschooler.  The children were fascinated daily as the eggs began to hatch, and
when they did!!!  The excitement from the children and the parents as well was more overwhelming than
we had expected! You were also very informative with the curriculum you provided for the children, the
games, coloring, books, magnifying glasses everything imaginable!  You made our work as teachers
very easy. We will certainly be contacting you yearly!!!
A Sincere Thank You,
